Vendor Fee of $50.00 per day (Friday is FREE) and is payable to NMGRA. Vendor fees can be paid by PayPal or check. The Rodeo is actually on the Saturday and Sunday. Vendors may opt to be open on Friday during a Rodeo School and registration that evening. Pride will be hosting an event Friday night as well, so vendors might get foot traffic Friday as well.
There is no fee for Non-Profit Organizations as long as you are not selling. A copy of your Non-Profit Status and Tax ID number is required.
You may arrive as early as Friday June 12th after 12 noon. You will need to sign a liability waver for the Zia Regional Rodeo and pick up your ids at registration (Friday night from 5-7 PM at the foyer of the Expo arena.) We give out two ID passes per vendor. The pass is only for vendor status. If you want to attend the rodeo you must purchase a rodeo pass. Please keep your area neat and clean up before leaving the rodeo. There will be some covered areas, however come prepared with your own canopy, table and chairs. All vendors are required to have $1,000,000.00 liability insurance with New Mexico Gay Rodeo Association listed as the certificate holder. The dates of the Rodeo must be on the liability insurance.
